Waitlist Terms

Effective September 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Expresso founding waitlist. By joining, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Pre-launch waitlist

Expresso is currently a pre-launch concept. Joining does not create a purchase, delivery contract, membership, reservation, or guarantee of access. Launch timing, geography, retailers, pricing, features, and waitlist targets may change.

Waitlist positions and tickets

Your numbered ticket is a promotional founding-waitlist position, not a transferable asset or guarantee of service. We may remove fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or abusive submissions and correct technical counting errors.

Your information

You agree to submit accurate contact information that belongs to you and not to impersonate another person. You may not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the site or attempt to access other waitlist records.

Retailer partnership requests

Submitting a partnership request does not guarantee onboarding, integration, placement, exclusivity, availability, or a commercial relationship with Expresso. We may review business and operational fit and contact applicants about possible next steps. Any partnership would require separate written terms.

Retailer names and marks

Expresso is an independent service. References to third-party retailers, brands, trademarks, product names, and other identifiers are provided for informational and identification purposes only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Expresso is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with the retailers or brands displayed on the service. Availability on a future service is not promised, and Expresso does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.

Illustrative product experience

Product images, descriptions, prices, availability, and delivery times shown in the current beta preview are illustrative and may not reflect live retailer inventory. Expresso is not currently placing retailer orders or charging users through this waitlist site.

Communications

We may send operational emails about your waitlist signup. Optional text messages are governed by the consent shown on the form, and you may opt out by replying STOP.

Disclaimer and limitation

The waitlist site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. Expresso does not warrant uninterrupted operation or a particular launch result. To the extent allowed by law, Expresso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the pre-launch waitlist.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will appear here with a revised date. Contact support@espressoshopping.com with questions.
